Terms of service

These terms form a contract between you and CreatorBase. By creating an account you accept them.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 or over to hold an account. We record the date and time you confirmed this. If we find you are under 18 we will close the account and delete the data.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication on your Account page. Tell us at support@harry.cymru if you believe someone else has access.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload — your name, images, figures, partnerships and samples. You grant us a licence to host and display that content for the sole purpose of running your media kit, including on your public page and in exports. You confirm you have the right to use any image you upload.

4. Accuracy of figures

You are responsible for the audience figures on your media kit. Figures you enter by hand are labelled as manually entered; figures read from a connected platform are labelled as coming from that platform's API. Do not present figures you know to be false — brands rely on them.

5. Connected platforms

Connecting a platform is optional and governed by that platform's own terms. We read only the fields listed on your Account page. You can disconnect at any time, which revokes our access at the platform.

6. Paid subscription

Creator Pro is billed monthly in advance. Prices are shown at checkout, inclusive of any tax we are required to collect.

Because the subscription gives you immediate access to a digital service, at checkout you ask us to start it straight away and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 once it has started. This does not affect your rights if the service is faulty or not as described.

You can cancel at any time from the Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; we do not pro-rate part months.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use CreatorBase to publish unlawful, deceptive, harassing or infringing content, to impersonate someone else, or to attempt to access data belonging to another creator. We may suspend or close an account that breaks this clause.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change or withdraw features, giving reasonable notice for changes that materially reduce what you have paid for.

9. Ending the contract

You may delete your account at any time from your Account page. Deletion is permanent: rows, uploaded files and platform tokens are removed and cannot be recovered. We may close an account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, giving notice where it is lawful and practical to do so.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period. We are not liable for lost profits, business or opportunities.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
