Short version: public media kit pages set no cookies at all, and we use no analytics or advertising cookies anywhere.

Public media kit pages

A page at kit.harry.cymru/c/… sets no cookies, writes nothing to local storage, and loads no third-party tracking script. That is deliberate — these pages are sent to brands and should not carry a consent banner.

We do count views. When a page is opened, our server records the date, the referring site, an approximate country from the request, and the type of interaction. The visitor's IP address is combined with a secret that changes every day and reduced to a one-way hash. The hash cannot be reversed to an IP address and cannot be linked across days, so it is only useful for one thing: not counting the same visitor twice on the same day. Under PECR this is a server-side measurement that stores nothing on the visitor's device, so no consent banner is required.

Signed-in areas

When you log in, your browser stores a session token so you stay signed in. This is strictly necessary for the service to work and cannot be turned off while you are logged in. Signing out removes it.

Our payment processor may set strictly necessary cookies on the checkout step to prevent fraud.

What we do not use

No advertising cookies. No analytics cookies. No cross-site identifiers, pixels or fingerprinting. No sharing of visitor data with advertising networks.
